Hello! I’m Mailys Rigaud 👋
Diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes in early 2022, shortly before becoming a mom to my son Khayil, I quickly learned that life doesn’t stop with a diagnosis—it reshapes, redefines, and teaches you how strong you really are.
I’m also a digital project manager, UX designer, and founder of Studio Lyse. With a heart full of creativity and a life filled with unexpected challenges, I launched this blog to document my journey and support others who may be walking a similar path.
MyDiabJourney is a reflection of my real, raw, and beautiful life—from insulin shots to toddler cuddles, from digital strategies to emotional victories. It’s my testimony, my lifestyle, and my offering to anyone looking for authenticity and light in the midst of life’s health challenges.
